Subseries II: Photographs, 1863-1943
Subseries II: Photographs, 1863-1943, is arranged chronologically by date and contains a variety of photographs that pertain to the family from the early eighteenth century to the mid-twentieth century. The photographs contains topics of portraits, family pictures, estate photographs, photo albums of the interior of various homes, a group photograph from various institutions such as Yale University or the Westmoreland club, the Flood of 1936 in Wilkes Barre, a Carte de Visite, birds-eye-photographs of the Wyoming Valley, and historical contexts including a staging for the Centennial Celebration in 1926.
