Description:
The following item depicts a typed cover letter by the sitting members of Bear Lake Historical, stating the approval of presenting an 1829 Andrew Jackson letter to Gilbert Stuart McClintock, an honorary member of the organization. The decision was decided over February 3-4, 1959. The note is signed by Julian P. Boyd, the chairman, Walter Muir Whitehall, the clerk, Lyman Henry Butterfield, the treasurer, Harold Hugo, the quartermaster, and James Harris.
Harold Hugo has been identified as E. Harold Hugo by connection with the Adams Papers and work with Lyman Henry Butterfield.
