Description:

The following item depicts an engraving by Henry Bryan Hall & Sons of James Buchanan, the 15th president of the United States. Buchanan’s portrait depicts a bust-length profile. He is wearing a black overcoat with a dark vest and white undershirt below. His hair is slicked back and he has a white necktie. Beneath the engraving is Buchanan’s signature. The date for the engraving has been estimated by the life dates of Henry Bryan Hall.
