Good. Slight vinegar smell. Backing was removed. No damage present outside of browning of paper.

Description:

The following item depicts a signature of Abraham Lincoln, the 16th president of the United States. The back of the item has a penciled annotation by another hand that states, “Foreign rulers #8,” which is likely a mistranscribed note before the signature was identified.
