Description:
The following item depicts an engraving by Henry Bryan Hall of Chester Alan Arthur, the 21st president of the United States. The image depicts a bust-length portrait of Arthur, wearing and dark overcoat and necktie with the collar of a white undershirt showing. He has mutton chops, a short hair style, and a mustache. Beneath the image, Arthur has signed his name and the date.The back of the image has a bunch of math equations scribbled on the page but there is no reference to what they mean.
