The following letter, post-dated April 2, 2015, is written by Willard Achuff to John Stachacz, the Dean of the Wilkes Library during the time of creation. In the letter, Achuff is agreeing to mail the other presidential letters, items 100a-i, after speaking with Elizabeth.

Elizabeth called and said that Wilkes could use the rest of the cards- so here they are. They were just sitting around here doing nothing, so I am really glad that they can be put to use.
