A bookplate for two related people. The bookplate features a bookshelf with two sides. On the left side, there’s a church surrounded by trees. On the bottom there are banners that read “1864-1893”, “Si Je Puis”, and “Scientia est Potestas.” Si Je Puis translates to “If I may.” “Scientia est Potestas” translates to “Knowledge is power.” Arnold Boyles was born on May 20, 1866.
