Mifflin was a politician from Pennsylvania who is most known for his roles during the American Revolution and is regarded as a founding father.Furthermore, Mifflin signed the U.S constitution and was elected as the first governor of Pennsylvania, serving nine years in office from 1790-1799. Clement Biddle was a successful nary, scrivener, and broker, hence why he is involved in this monetary affair. Biddle also served as an American Revolutionary War soldier. Lastly Henry Drinker was a successful Philadelphia Quaker merchant and served as clerk of Philadelphia Monthly Meeting.
