Description:

This is a letter from Smith W. Miller to Mr. S. Thick on January 31, 1838. This letter is providing the recipient with Miller’s signature. The creator of this letter, Smith Miller, served two terms in the United States House of Representatives, was a member of the senate, and was a delegate to the constitutional convention in 1850. At the time of this correspondence, Miller was finishing his first term within the Indiana House of Representatives.
