Description:

This is an unknown portion of a document signed by John Hancock. Hancock was born in Massachusetts in 1737. He was the governor of Massachusetts, president of the Second Continental Congress, and a signer of the Articles of Confederation and Declaration of Independence, making him a founding father. He was also one of the wealthiest men in the thirteen colonies before the American Revolution.
