This check is from Richard Peters to Thomas Robinson on August 10, 1791. Robin is the executor of Abraham Robinson. Peters was born in Pennsylvania in 1743. He was nominated and confirmed by the Senate to the United States District Court for the District of Pennsylvania. Peters also served in the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives.
