Description:

The following item depicts a hand-drawn map of Jenkins township. It is a long, narrow item, with a curved line drawn in yellow, black, and red. It appears that the map is depicting nearby railroad tracts, with a legend at the bottom of the page stating the red line is one owned by the .R.R. [Central Railroad] Company, and the yellow line owned Erie Railroad Company. The map stretches from Port Blanchard into Jenkins, and ends at the Mile 5 Post, near the Canal Branch of Central’s line. There is a shed annotated near the left end of the middle section, and a scale drawn, stating that it is drawn at 1 inch per 100 feet. The creator is not known.
