Description:
The following document is a photostat copy of a survey by Ryon(?) Gray, deputy surveyor to Daniel Broadhead, the surveyor general. The survey is being conducted for John Carey, who holds a warrant for lands in Luzerne county, containing 468 acres. There is a note that it also includes allowance, which in other manuscripts, such as 15.89 Item 33, which was six percent for public roads and such. This survey of August 1793 having been done as a result of a warrant in July 1793. The land is bordered by three other tracts under the names Jabez Fish, Nathan Walker, and one vacant lot.
