It confirms the sale and transfers all rights from Wright to Cooper before detailing the land itself. It is in Pittston, within Lot 5, and marked by a small survey-like description of its perimeters and relations to other lots in the area, containing roughly 100 acres. The neighboring lots include those of Jeremiah Blanchard Jr. and Jonathan Starke, and the lot being sold was sold to the current sellers by Thomas Steward.
