Type of Material:
Land Deed
General Condition:
Fair.. There are 4 pages in relatively good condition, only bearing creases in halves and thirds and small holes in the upper left corner from a staple as well as the ensuing crease there. None of the creases have any tears, and the pages are relatively clean, if slightly yellow. These are not major, but much of the typed words have actually pierced through all of the papers - the best way to explain would be as if the typewriter was sharp. They should not worsen or cause damage.
Measurements:
11 in. x 8 ½ in.
