Description:

The following item, undated, depicts a note written by an unknown creator. The note may potentially be a record from a deed book, inferred from the D. 830, which is how references to other deed book research has been recorded, and would pertain to a purchase or sale between the Lehigh Valley Coal company and M. J. Raffety. However, the handwriting is similar to that in item 97a, which is cataloging a pay assessment from the company, and could likely be another instance of that.
