Description:

The following item, undated, depicts a note written by an unknown creator. The note may potentially be a record from a deed book, inferred from the Deed 1382, and would pertain to a purchase or sale between F. and E. Bonomo to M. Macarelli and T. Celano, for the sum of $30,000. The following lines mention that this deed was recorded in error, followed by information on A. and Anna Bonomo to F. Bonomo for $1.00, deed 1167. A final note records deed 1131, M. J. Rafferty to Anthony and Frank Bonomo for the sum of $1.00. It appears that this might have been a warranty charge from the final note, but it is unclear without further context. The handwriting similarities are what have connected these items.
