Good. Paper was exposed to light in certain areas and bears a column of pale yellow down the center as a result.

Description:

The following item depicts a typescript copy of the minutes from a city planning document highlighting new areas for development in the city. The report is from a meeting on May 8th and the 15th in 1819, held with the purpose of planning a layout of more public spaces in the metropolitan area. The document lists various locations in the city, including the names of streets, as well as the areas they are planning to refurbish and details of how to seek to set them up for better public usage and changes in the future. Areas such as the river commons are mentioned as well as lots for designated areas for coal, lumber, etc.
