Condition Note:

This death certificate is for Albert Morgan Clifford. It is in excellent shape, with the perforated edge still intact. All printed and written text is legible. There is what appears to be a written clerical error, as the date of death is listed as “2-21-1916”, whereas A.M. Clifford did not pass away until 2-21-1961.
