Arrangement Note

The advanced projects are arranged in order chronologically by month and year of degree, then alphabetically by author's last name. If no month of degree is listed, the manuscripts are sorted alphabetically at the beginning of the year of degree. Manuscripts are catalogued at the item level, with item level title, author, and subjects, in the library catalog. Duplicate copies of some items are part of the general library collection.

Accruals and Additions

Advanced Projects are added to the library reserve desk on an ongoing basis as they are are submitted to the library by students. After remaining at the library reserve desk for one year, one copy is deposited in the Wilkes University Archives. Any addition copies are kept in the library circulating collection.
