The theses are arranged in order chronologically by month and year of degree, then alphabetically by author's last name. If no month of degree is listed, the manuscripts are sorted alphabetically at the beginning of the year of degree. Manuscripts are cataloged at the item level, with item level title, author, and subjects, in the library catalog. Duplicate copies of some items are part of the general library collection.
