The file is arranged in two series - Campus Maps and Guides and Brochures, Viewbooks, and advertisements. Each series is arranged chronogically by year, then alphabetically by item title.

Custodial History

The Map, Guide, Brochure, and Viewbook file was in the Harold Cox Archives room on the third floor of Farley Library in December 2012 when arrangement and description of the university archives collections began. The initial acquistion date is unknown.

The method of acquisition is unknown. The materials were filed in both filing cases and shelves in the archives room in 2012, and were arranged into a single collection because it could not be determined that they were part of any other other coherent record series.
