This file consists of programs, supporting correspondence and planning guides, and videos documenting Wilkes commencement actvities from 1941 to the present. Most programs list the date, time and location of commencement, as well as the speakers, graduates, and award recipients.

Arrangement Note
It arranged in four series, one consisting of programs from Bucknell University Junior College, one of programs from Wilkes College, one of programs from Wilkes University, and one consisting of VHS tapes. Each series is arranged by date.

Method of Acquisition
Programs from 1999-2009 were acquired from John Stachacz in Accession 0000016. The method of acquistion for all other files is unknown - they were located in the University Archives in December 2012 when arrangement and description of the collection began. Programs from 2009 to present provided by the Office of Student Affairs.
Accruals and Additions
Materials are added from the Office of Student Affairs on an ongoing basis as Commencements are held.
