Scope and Contents The Archives Reference collection consists of publications that Archives staff and visitors use to provide context for archives and special collections materials. Areas of focus are the history of Wilkes University and its faculty, staff, students, and other significant individuals, the history of Wilkes-Barre, the Wyoming Valley, and Pennsylvania, and the life and works of John Wilkes.
