A quarterly publication dedicated to the early history of Wilkes-Barre, PA. This is a publication on the history of the Wyoming Valley region. It begins with notes on the Historical Society’s meeting that was held before this was published. It mentions Andrew H. McClintock who was the treasurer of the Society. He was retiring from this position in 1897 after holding it for ten years. This issue includes many locals who were born when the area was being settled in the early 18th century.
