Description:
This is a colored etching named, “Two Horses in Team,” by Oswald Roux in 1903. The image depicts two draft horses, one of which is brown and the other is gray.
Oswald Roux was an Australian animalist and landscape painter who is most commonly known for his contribution during the painting event in the art competition at the 1936 Summer Olympics. He studied at the Vienna Academy under names such as William Unger or Franz Rumpler in the early twentieth century, 1902-1906, and was exhibited in "Hagenbund" and the "Secession".

The title of the print has been ascertained by a comparison with a like manuscript found on eBay’s website by Boris Wilnitsky Fine Arts.
