Poor. Edges are worn, paper is very brittle to the touch. Tears/creases throughout. A large section of the first page is missing, as well as the corner of the second page.

Or perhaps Charles Miner, a recurring character in these papers?) requesting payment from subscribers and advertisers who failed to pay for their advertisements in the Luzerne Federalist, an advertisement for a new book entitled Alchymy Explained (Alchemy), an advertisement for a Philadelphia to Easton/Wilkes-Barre mail stage (passengers riding along a mail route for cheap), a notice for thirty miles of road to be added to the turnpike, news both domestic and abroad (Europe), an advertisement for different drugs/medicines, and more.
