Description:

A Wilkes-Barre paper, Vol. VIII, No. 41. The front/back page includes a list of people who owe taxes by county. The center pages include news, both domestic and foreign (intelligence from South America). The back page also includes a bounty hunting offer from the sheriff for two thieves that escaped the Luzerne County Jail, returned alive, for $50 (the equivalent of approx. $1200 today).
