Description:

A newspaper from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania - Vol. 1, No. 23. The paper appears to have been collected for an article (pg. 3) on Matthias Hollenback, a Revolutionary War veteran whose obituary is included in the paper. Hollenback was 77 years at his death, and had served as a judge. During the Revolution, he survived the Battle of Wyoming.
