Fair, all three copies are fragile and discolored with worn edges. One copy appears more brittle than the others, with damage to the front page (likely caused by removing tape).

A single page of “Gleason’s Pictorial” newspaper, Vol. VI, No. 25, Whole No. 155, written June 24, 1854. The front page details the beauty of the Wyoming Valley of Pennsylvania, describing the terrain, foliage, waterways, flora & fauna. The article is accompanied by a detailed print of a wood engraving, depicting the “Nauticook” mountains along the Susquehanna River. The reverse side includes two partial chapters (Chapter XVIII & Chapter XIX) of the novel The Roman Soprano: or, the Captain of the Swiss Guard.
