Description:

An audit report of Wilkes College from September 28, 1950 for the fiscal year ended June 30, 1950. The main report is 29 pages long and includes a note from Donald C. Griffiths for the first two pages about the contents of the report. The report includes assets, “liabilities, earned surplus, and principal funds,” operating fund income and expenses, plant funds income and disbursements, and investment schedules. After the report there are an additional four pages not attached to the original document. These include Wilkes College’s building fund, cash summary, resolutions signed by the board of trustees, and a memorandum to Dr. Farley from Donald R. Kersteen, the controller. The memorandum is on the topic of depreciation of buildings and equipment.
