A plan of Wilkes College for future expansion from the Board of Trustees on October 15, 1957. The entire report is 7 pages and the first three pages are copies of each other detailing the contents of the report. It lists the contents in four points, Naming of dormitories, Report of the 25th Anniversary Development Committee, Plans for the campaign, and Judge William W. Rosenfield. The report then includes the plan of organization in a graph, points on implementing the campaign plan, the time-table, and an outline for the brochure.
