The publication is 18 pages and begins with a note about the contents of the issue and a list of the Board of Trustees, President, and Alumni Officers. The content focuses on faculty and professors, particularly in regards to issues of attaining and keeping faculty at a university. It begins with testimonies from professors about what they like about their job and includes photos of professors, and similarly there are pages with the drawbacks of being a professor.
