Dear Annie Remember I spoke to you about slip cases etc. ? Attached is a copy of the L.B. brochure 1981 - I’m sure prices have escalated. However, this gives you an idea of what can be done. Wilkes used to use L.B. since it’s the best I’m sure they still do. I [?] this because it is usually cheaper to send out with other bindery items. Mary
