Description:
The following seven photographs depict the interior rooms of a home, likely the McClintock family home in Bear Lake, seen in items (1.63-1.73). The photographs are in black and white with a sepia tone.
Gilbert Stuart McClintock is supposed to be the creator of the photograph as he has other photographs that he sold in auctions within the collection, item (1.60) “A Photograph of the “[Basilica] Santa Maria della Salute,” taken by Gilbert Stuart McClintock, [ca. Mid-twentieth century]. (removed to Oversized Box #1)”, as well as another photo album of their house, item (1.59), which collects frames of the house in a similar documentary style.

B: The photograph shows the above scene from the right hand view of the room. The table with four chairs sits central in the frame, with a porcelain chicken dish in the center. There are two windows on the background wall in the frame. The interior is built entirely from wood, with paneling on the walls, floorboards adorned with a rug, and exposed rafters. There is a painting above the mantel and two candlesticks at each end. On the left hand side of the frame, there is an open door leading into another room with a couch and painting in the background. Alongside the door is a hutch with plates displayed.
C: The scene depicts an entryway into a small kitchen. The background wall has hanging cabinetry and a backsplash atop the counters along the wall. The interior is built entirely from wood, with paneling on the walls, floorboards adorned with a rug, and exposed rafters. A wooden chair sits to the left hand side of the open door, with the threshold in the center of the frame.
D: The interior is built entirely from wood, with paneling on the walls, floorboards adorned with a rug, and exposed rafters. On the left hand side of the frame sits a staircase with a chair positioned at the bottom banister. The door possesses two windows on either side, with two more panes in the structure. The windows have a transparency curtain on each, with a plant to the left hand side of the threshold. On the left hand side of the frame in an archway leading into another room.
