This collection documents the history of buildings on the Wilkes campus, the biographies of donors and namesakes of buildings, and the activities of the Public Relations and Marketing Departments in coordinating building-based events, including groundbreakings, dedications, and anniversaries. Materials are photographic and textual, including programs, publications, correspondence, press releases, news clippings, and related printed matter.

This file folder was added to the Building and Donor File on 12/20/2019 by Suzanna Calev, these materials were found in a binder created by George Ralston between 1964-1969. The Halls that were in this binder were Ashley Hall, Denison Hall, Miner Hall, Warner Hall, Gore Hall, the YMCA, Hollenbeck Hall, Butler Hall, Barre Hall, and 224 South Franklin Street. The majority of the materials have been transferred to these distinct folders within this collection aside from this file. Within this folder is also a 1969 Alumni Reference booklet.
