Campus dorm building originally called The New Residence Hall. Constructed in 1981 on the location of Butler Hall (110 South River St.) and the pillars from Conyngham Hall. In August 1982 it was dedicated "Founder's Hall" and in 1983 it was renamed Williams Hall for William Evans.
