Welles on his stoop and Atheus Penna.” A letter from Charles F. Welles to Thomas Jefferson can be found on the Founders Archive website. The Charles F. Welles Home is also described as, "The Old Red House," "Grovedale Farm," and Homer P. Dean Funeral Home. It is a historic site located in Wyalusing Township, Bradford County, Pennsylvania. It is a Greek Revival-style home built around 1822.
