Description:

A typed letter from George Fluhr, the County Historian for Pike County, PA. The correspondence is typed on paper from the Commissioner's Office in Pike County, PA, and lists the commissioners in the upper left corner, Warner M. Depuy, Willis J. Gilpin, and H. James Crellin. In the center of the heading is the address, Milford, PA 18337. The upper right corner also lists other names and their positions, Centa T. Quinn, Clerk; Thomas J. Coleman, Chief Assessor; John F. Finan, County Solicitor. The correspondence says that there is a 12 volume history of Pike County enclosed to be preserved and made available to the public. There is no mention as to whom the letter is being addressed to.
